As participation in yoga is increasing there has been a proportionate increase in yoga related injuries.  Many of these injuries are due to repetitive strain and are preventable.  This 3 hour workshop will guide teachers and studio owners through the most common yoga injuries.

By completion of the work shop participants will have gained knowledge allowing them to:

  1. identify the most common poses contributing to these injuries
  2. understand how to modify yoga poses in order to prevent these injuries or further aggravate them
