Pilates and Yoga

We welcome all levels of fitness and are well versed in dealing with injury.  Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise.  We wear bare feet or socks in the studio so you don’t need to bring running shoes.  All props, mats etc. are provided but should you wish to bring your own mat you may.

We require you to fill out an Assessment Form and a Liability Form.  You can download these, print them out and fill them out at your leisure.  You can also show up for your appointment 10 minutes early and fill them out at the studio.

If you are booked into a rehabilitative pilates private please bring a copy of the results of any recent medical investigation i.e x-ray, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound.
