Frances is our full time Rehabilitation Administrator and has several years experience working in a Pilates and Yoga studio. With a mother and sister who teach pilates and a father who is a physiotherapist, she feels like working in rehabilitation is in her blood! She is currently studying Psychology at the University of Toronto and will be completing her Pilates Teacher Training through Synergy Sports Medicine in the new year.
